OT: though, I took up biking this spring and it helped a lot, I mean A LOT. If I told y'all how much I lost, Y'all would probably :dwillhuh: or :huhldup: at the fact that I'm still about 30 lbs away from my perfect goal (No longer a fatass, but I'm going for God status now :ahh:). That being said, winter isn't exactly biking weather, so instead of that, gonna go to the gym use the bikes there and work on some weight with my mans who just got his PT license. He helps me out, I let him use my progress pics for his portfolio.
Winter got me once, never again. I'm crossing them northern walls. :mjpls:

I gained like 25 pounds in the last two months. My goal is to get a little :flabbynsick: then work off the excess. I got 20 more pounds to gain :takedat:

Im 23. Im 6' 210 but most of my weight is from football. I messed my back up in 2011 and got a lil flabby cuz i couldnt work out. I aint gain weight but I loss muscle. My gym is in my apartment just one floor down so now i dont have an excuse. I try to do a couple miles on the bike and do a small work out 3-4 times a week.

My apt got a indoor court too so I try to go in there once a week at least. Ima be back by beach season.

exercise will not help you if you keep eating the same crap.

I tell people who want to lose weight. Stop wasting your time in the gym if you have no learned how to eat.

Learn how to eat before you hit the gym...otherwise you are better off flushing that money down the toilet.

Powerful thread, but I'm a skinny nicca not a fat fucc like most of ya'll. I need some size and definition tho. I'm 2 weeks back in the gym and starting to see some results.

Im actually just loading up on calories and not going too crazy in the gym....its winter time so its no pressure

Just gainin weight slow...I was 183 in feb...Im at 190 now...:wow:
