Jordan made a spectacular play. No one will soon forget it. So congratulations and all. Jordan has a $43 million contract and yet still doesn't have one offensive move, an ability to score outside the paint. Yes, he can leap, dunk on little guys. And somehow that makes him an achiever in the sport now. After this, perhaps even a folk hero.

Deandre's dunk reminded me of this one Lebron James dunk on Damon Jones (all angles) - YouTube and I remember people clowning Damon Jones mercilessly for a year for it. No one had a problem with it, shyt even Jones was laughing at himself for trying to contest it.


I don't see anything particularly nasty about laughing at a dude for getting dunked on, its always been a part of basketball culture since dunking's been widespread. Fans love it, players love it, no one has a problem with it. Dude wants to start a new self righteous crusade, in an area that doesn't need one. Same guy who was spewing irrational amounts of vitriol towards Lebron for a year, he can't be taken seriously when his emotions get worked up.
