Those guys don't get any run.

Why exactly is Blake Griffin a household name? It damn sure ain't his great gameplay.

Blake Griffin is top 10 on who's list exactly? He's a number 1 overall pick, plays in LA for one of the best squads in the West. Why wouldn't he be known?

Your actual statement was that dunking is more revered than skill level. That's an absurd statement and all you gotta to do is consider the most popular players in the league. CP3 might've dunked twice in his career and he's more well known than Blake will ever be.

I said Griffin was a household name. Didn't say shyt about being top 10.

Dunking is more revered than skill. Everybody acknowledges LeBron's greaness but let that nikka stop dunking and watch people start talking bout he fell off.

:mindblown:

If your shytty theory were true, every contestant in this years dunk contest would be more revered than all players in the league. But most people were like "who the fukk are these guys???"

I can't believe you even responded to that shyt. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

The funniest angle is dudes hyping his "heart" for trying to "block" the dunk. Nah, he just was lost on the play and didn't know that 747 was soaring through the lane behind him. It's just one play, it happens - and that's exactly the point. It's a phenomenal convergence of circumstances that created a play that any fan of basketball should enjoy. Corny ass motherfukkers woulda been posting in the MJ moonwalk thread back in the day: what's the big deal? I've seen many entertainers dance! Ol' nothing is special, everything is overrated ass cornballs.

there's a never-ending stream of that in the realgm thread about this dunk.

and for the people who can't seem to understand, no one is really clowning bk for getting in the way or trying to contest, they're clowning him for the results of that effort. there's a huge fukking difference.

dude got trucked in mid-air, yammed on, had the ball bounce off his head into the 3rd row and ended up laid out on the floor in a raekwon death pose. shyt was vicious and hilarious. and when shyt like that happens, guys get clowned. period.
