Start Weight lifting brehettes. I constantly tell my Woman stop that stupid Yoga shyt and just pump iron. It prevents osteoporosis for Women later in life too so you should start at least in your 30's if not earlier.

I would be very surprised if she's only 145. She doesn't look that tall though, so maybe 155-165.
