The way it will be done isn't with a camera attached to the athlete. The cameras/devices will be outside, and it will create a "field" that will capture every movement inside that space. Those movements etc will then be instantly recreated by super computers and broadcast.

Don't think it would be good in the league. Novelty would wear off after one game.
Pickup park games are iso fests. NBA basketball is a team sport with ball movement. If the guy wearing the camera doesn't have the ball, you'd be missing the action.

If this was in the NBA they would have to only cut to it once in awhile or show replays from the cam because most of the game would just be players standing around the key watching free-throws and talking about one woman in the first row looks the most smashable...
