First off ,it's an all ages hip-hop festival not a kids concert, y'all are acting like it's b-day party at Chuck cheese, and Don Toliver and Playboy Carti are 31 and 30 . The point is it's been the same damn lineup almost for the last 5 years. These guys aren't even stars, they're just winning by default.
