The difference is really in their vibes.

Papa Pimp literally uses the same lines every single time. It comes off as very inauthentic, almost like he's begging.

He goes straight from his opener to "let me take you out sometime" / "get to know you better".

Whereas this dude has a clear direct sexual vibe. Sure his voice helps him out a lot, but you can tell he's not taking it seriously and just having fun.

Most communication is non-verbal anyways. So it's obvious Papa Pimp is giving off weird vibes for whatever reason.
