The organization is shytty and ran poorly. Keith Smart is a dumb ass coach. I ain't never seen a coach play his starters for most of a quarter and then subs everybody out and then plays the bench the whole next quarter. The shyt is stupid, then he'll ice his own players with the shyt cuz if their hot and making good plays, he subs them out and doesn't put them back in like a minute or two is left in the quarter. If you got chuck hayes/ t- rob/ and James johnson all in at the same time what the fukk is wrong with you, that's as undersized as it gets, no wait I take that back, this the same nikka that ran a line up of IT/Jimmer/Thorton/Reke/Cuz at the same time against Dallas that let them back in the game. How the fukk you got Reke playing the 4 tryin' to guard Dirk.

This team needs to make some moves cuz coaching ain't helping shyt when he keeps playing people out of position cuz he could care less about offense.

How this roster is built you starters should be
IT or Reke - depending on who the other team's PG is
Reke or Jimmer - depending on who the other team's SG
Fish or Johnson - Depending if Jimmer is out there or not
J. Thompson - D and hustle and can hit a J a lil bit
Cousins - Don't even got to explain

The team's problems is that they have too many chuckers on the team and not enough glue type players to balance it out.

Their line up should be like
PG who can pass the rock, defend, and hit the open shot when need be
Reke
SF who can defend and stretch the floor
J. Thompson

Pretty much, you got two building blocks right there that can win you games. I like IT, but that dude thinks he's A.I. and the team don't need a A.I. they need a nash type player to set the other guys up for baskets and play some gawddamn Defense. I want Grevis Vasquez on this team, I know the shyt ain't gonna happen, but him settin' Reke and Cuz up would be .

Because he is playing on the Kings, they are the worst team that develops Rookies. Even back than when they had Gerald Wallace and Turkey, they were practically both latched onto the bench and didn't explode until they left. But, yea so far he has been disappointing. I thought he would be a Paul Millsap type of player. But, its only his rookie season, he can still improve. Plus he ain't getting any PT either. Everything about the Kings is fukked up. Cousins and Reke should be All Stars. shyt even Jimmer would be better on another team. Plus, Keith Smart is the head coach.

As a Kings fan, I co-sign this. Their developing of rookies is Even Peja started off slow but thanks to Vlade, he got through it.

T-Rob didn't know how to work on his playing position because Keith Smart didn't allow him to do so, constantly shuffling his lineups and player positions.

Luckly, he's starting to get it now. He has a lot of tools to work with on defense. Once he learns how to be a scorer in the NBA like he did at KU, I expect him to blow.

If Smart chills the fukk out with his rotating lineups , The Kings can be a playoff team wherever they end up next season.

Hopefully still in Sacto but that's for another thread.

Fam, everything Drummond is doing right now is off straight natural talent. Outside of telling him to box out, what he does would translate on just about every team. You don't have to teach an athletic 297lbs how to change shots and rebound, dude is the heaviest most athletic C in the league.

His development moving forward is all about getting him an offensive game of his own, bare minimum right now he's a double double player without much development.

I don't think Thomas will be a star but i definitely think he's better than what he's showed this season. Put him in the same situation as Jared, with good coaching and a veteran team and i think he produces just as much as Sullinger has.
