He has height on his side, last I read he was legit 6'9" but for the most part he does look to be one.
I think he'll run into a lot of the same problems in the league, he wont be able to bully people for the first time in his life and his handle won't be tight enough to get around people. I'd take Wiggins and play him at the 2, or Parker and play him at the 3, before I take Randle.

He's a legit 4 imo but he has this fascination with being a 3. He doesn't have long arms so I think he could face some troubles with lengthy defenders in the league imo. He's gonna get buckets though.

This is what a natural 4 looks like in HS though -
No dribbling up the court, 3 pointers, leading breaks, just straight hooks in the paint and banging on lesser players.

Cliff is a grown man...I worry about him in the pro's because he's only around 6'8. He played on the same AAU Team as Jahlil aka the next great nba big.

6'8" and a half at 17, he should still end up around 6'10" by the time he's drafted, and he actually outplayed Jahlil in their matchup.
Amare was the same height when he came into the league.
