Start eating better and working out now, if you not flabby after high school you fa damn sho will after college. Make it a habit. It don't even have to be nothing crazy, go 3 days a week for about 45 minutes. Get some cardio in. Once you get used to it start putting on more muscle. I know partying and drinking gone be in the mix but keep it balanced. That will definitely catch up with you
They say the older you get the more flabby people in your age group.
I look at my old pictures 5 - 6 years back and be like damn I done got flabby
I'm like 277 now, need to lose at least 90lbs. Will be 29 in October, so plenty of time to still ball and get right before my 30s and look good well into my 50s.
I need to start going to bed early too, save staying up for the weekends
