Start eating better and working out now, if you not flabby after high school you fa damn sho will after college. Make it a habit. It don't even have to be nothing crazy, go 3 days a week for about 45 minutes. Get some cardio in. Once you get used to it start putting on more muscle. I know partying and drinking gone be in the mix but keep it balanced. That will definitely catch up with you

They say the older you get the more flabby people in your age group.:flabbynsick:

I look at my old pictures 5 - 6 years back and be like damn I done got flabby:wow: I'm like 277 now, need to lose at least 90lbs. Will be 29 in October, so plenty of time to still ball and get right before my 30s and look good well into my 50s.

I need to start going to bed early too, save staying up for the weekends:shaq2:

:mjlol::bigboi: at 277, that might be a you thing bud.

No it's just not a 'you' thing. Look at all your highschool friends and all you college friends, a majority have most likely gain a lot of fat. American is one of the most obese countries in the world, what you mean foo:gucci:

I'm 6' and actually carry it well, that's the only reason I was able to get away for so long.

Facts, my cousin got a problem with his weight.. he's 5'11, weigh around 245lbs an he's 23 btw :snoop: but he carries his weight well even tho he gotta big stomach/ really big "man boobs" that protrude out.

I'm trying get him to go to the gym but he's scared of people laughing at him :francis: so I told him I'll come along (even though I'ma 6'2 fit man myself) to keep his confidence intact because he truly wants to lose the weight but just scared of walking inside the gym.

He wanted to just focus on doing cardio and eating less but I'm not sure if that alone would work for him...

Any suggestions I could give him :yeshrug:?

He should jump rope at the crib in the morning/early noon. If he doesn't own one, he can do it by pretending. 5 rounds of 3 mins each.
