I've lost a serious amount of weight in the past year, to the point where I'm actually getting too skinny

but what I did was do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach on a stepping machine

and right after that, I would do some light resistance training

I started off doing about 20mns cardio on about mid difficulty....

and now I do regularly(3-4 days per week) 30mns cardio mid-high difficulty

as far as him being scared to go inside a gym....just tell him to man up

and he can also ofcourse buy his own machines and just work out at home
Thanks for the advice bruh :salute:.

Yeah I spoke to him an hour ago and told him to just man up and stop worrying about what others may think...all that matters is that you're in gym showing you care about yourself.

What made him wake up and realize it was time to lose weight was when he told me last month that when he went clothes shopping, he couldn't find any jeans his size and that it made him feel bad when leaving the store.

So that's when earlier this month he went to the gym I go to and brought a membership however he hasn't went to use the equipment yet, which is why I said we'll go together to make sure he gets up on it.

Start eating better and working out now, if you not flabby after high school you fa damn sho will after college. Make it a habit. It don't even have to be nothing crazy, go 3 days a week for about 45 minutes. Get some cardio in. Once you get used to it start putting on more muscle. I know partying and drinking gone be in the mix but keep it balanced. That will definitely catch up with you

They say the older you get the more flabby people in your age group.:flabbynsick:

I look at my old pictures 5 - 6 years back and be like damn I done got flabby:wow: I'm like 277 now, need to lose at least 90lbs. Will be 29 in October, so plenty of time to still ball and get right before my 30s and look good well into my 50s.

I need to start going to bed early too, save staying up for the weekends:shaq2:

have you had your testosterone checked? :shaq:

I NEVER understood why my moms would always complain and I would tell her just go work out. She would always make excuses, I'm getting a bit flabby myself and I stayed into the gym until I graduated 2 years ago. I put on a good 25-30. Thankfully I was in great shape before, so even though Im noticeablely flabby it's not nasty.

That 9-5 corporate drone life is REAL. Moms would always sy she didn't have time and was too tired. Now I understand, once you spend 8 hours wiht your brain churning, doing shyt you really wouldn't do if you had the money. You just come home mentally drained. one year of that and boom, you're up 20 lbs.

I try to put on weight but I'm destined to be slim.

The problem also is that I walk any and everywhere I can. I'll drive to the movie theatres and walk home because I can. Then jog back there in the morning to get my car.

My cardio game is super strong. I can balance my own body weight, pull-ups, dips, squats I'm heading but the food part.

:francis:

I'm lucky to be getting 4000 calories on a normal day. 3200 is my max and 2200 is my low. On a daily basis. I'd love to be swole but everytime I start I become allergic or get sick for 2-4 weeks to sideline my progress.
