No it's just not a 'you' thing. Look at all your highschool friends and all you college friends, a majority have most likely gain a lot of fat. American is one of the most obese countries in the world, what you mean foo:gucci:


I'm 6' and actually carry it well, that's the only reason I was able to get away for so long.
nikka how the fukk you carry 277 well at 6'. I'm 6'2 and anything above 240 is :flabbynsick: status. I look bouncer big but my face absorbes a lot of fat.

I'm 33 and i've implemented intermittent fasting and shyt has my body looking like it was 25 again when I was in prime shape. I'm 6"0 but I fluctuate between 185 - 190. It's damn near impossible for me to get to 175 which I haven't seen since like 20.

Most likely genetics, a lot of people say I look like a football player. I used work at Walmart and had hoes on me at 255:ehh:

yeah that metabolism will slow down starting around the age of 18....

during the age of 18-21 age range, allot of people gain weight...

I'm trying to tell my sister who is 18 to start regularly doing cardio

I wish I would've done that during that age range because by the time I was 25, I got fat as hell lol

but I started being active again starting the age of 25, and slowly started losing weight

in the past year, I've joined a gym and started being really active

and now I'm 34 and I'm in better shape now then I was in highschool lol
No way metabolism slows down that early. I think people just drink, smoke weed and pig out on junk food when they turn 18 and leave home. For most of us, we didn't have real options to eat whatever we wanted, when we wanted until we left home. I think metabolism doesn't really start slowing down til you're closer to 30.

Just turned 22. Don't have a gym membership yet, so I usually workout at home. Consistency is really my only problem, plus my metabolism has always been ridiculously fast (skinny af), so gaining weight is pretty much not happening :francis:
