When you have the power with dollar bills you have more freedom to be open and to push for your acceptance among the majority.

Also, homosexuals from all over the nation flock to cities to escape the brutality of being known as a dikk sucker in their small towns. There is strength in numbers, this is why cities are such havens for gays. All the city cares about is whos bringing in the dough.

Theres a difference between FORCING homosexuality as opposed to what used to happen: Death.
