Kind of interested not going to lie they pay good ass money. At Sysco you can make up to 89K a year including base pay, overtime and incentives. Wassup talk to the bol.

Gonna be honest never worked it but spoke to dudes that did. It's hard fast paced work. Turnover crazy.

Now with that said Sysco has contracts with damn near every major restaurant in the country so they absolutely will pay you and if you wanna work you will be worked! But just like driving their trucks you'll earn it.

I worked at NAPA years ago doing something similar. This was with auto parts, obviously, so it’s definitely not fragile nikka work but I’m old school and work like that never bothered me. Depends on what you’re used to. Shouldn’t be too hard for you Outworld brehs

Your body will feel like how an NFL player feels. But you don't play in the NFL. And you don't get a week off in between shifts. Meanwhile people in the air conditioned office look down on you. And probably get paid more then you. The money ain't worth. A company like Sysco is playing you talking about 85k, you'll need to spend atleast 10 of that on yayo and energy drinks to keep your body from failing working 10 hour shifts 6 days in a row. Straight plantation shyt

If you do do it set a time limit of 6-12 months max, save every penny, and either get a promotion within or do something else.

As a new hire and the nature of their business. You will be in the freezer. shyt is 0 degrees breh. I did it once for a grocery chain. I literally cried tears my hands hurt so bad. Them $100 gloves don't hold up to that temp.

Eventually my fingertips peeled. It's hard as hell on the body. I lasted about 3 months. And I stacked money like crazy. Too tired to spend it. Give it a try. It's a quick way to stack some racks. But the average breh won't last unless his regiment is A1 (focus, rest, diet, health, distraction free)

Did it for two years.

How’s your stamina? :dame:

If you don’t work out, or have done labor intensive work before, you’re gonna feel like shyt. Every part of you will hurt until you get used to it, then you’ll only feel it when you stop for the day.

While training focus on building. The less you have to adjust the cases on the pallets, the faster you’ll complete them.

If you getting paid per case, time is money (Here’s where knowing how to build comes into play). You want that shyt stable, while you maneuver through that warehouse and 30 other wolves all trying to get it. Cause if you spill ya shyt, they might help you pick it up,:demonic: or they might drive through it.

As someone who ran multiple warehouses, it will wear you out. If you can parlay it to a team lead/supervisor/admin support job in a year, do it.

I can tell you in particular because I interviewed for GM job with Sysco; and this is part of the reason I think I didn't get the job; you only will sniff $89k because you'll be working 12 hour shifts everyday.
