Legit just take some time and look at your Area on the PPP payout list for your area and notice a ton of these businesses don’t even exist.

My prediction is the vast majority will have pay deducted until the debt is paid off and also owe extra. It’s like the Goverment will get extra money. Also people won’t qualify for Goverment assistance programs saving the Goverment money. In a round about way the Goverment long term could end up profiting.
