First week would be chaos because when 60% of the population disappears important infrastructure goes down, vital leadership is gone and rule of law is weak: so expect food shortages, violence and mania. The union would not survive, United States easily breaks into smaller states in a few years.
Then prepare for China being extremely aggressive and trying to exert dominance over the world, alongside states like India and maybe Brazil.
Israel would be screwed.
North Korea vs South Korea might actually pop off.
India vs Pakistan highly likely.
Islam would be the dominant world religion.
Taiwan is finished
World Economy would go into a windfall, again stateside, nonstop hysteria and purge like fukkery until the dust settles.
Poor countries that rely on aid would either beg China (and thus be a satellite), or starve
Latin American migrants would basically colonize America, because of the unused land. Same would happen to Europe but by a mix of Africans, Arabs and Eurasians
Black Americans would have to buck up and create their own state, likely having to be ally with larger power to survive.
East Asians would most likely be at the top of the new “racial hierarchy” in the eyes of the world. Followed by Arabs and Mestizos. But Africans have a major opportunity to establish themselves due to the power vacuum.

Im moving to those western mountain states and claiming all the land.
Its basically free since montana, wyoming, utah, idaho, and both dakotas are almost entirely white. All the oil fields, mines, and cattle ranches for the taking.

I suspect that Mexico would claim most of the country since mexicans would be defacto majority from texas all the way to cali and as far north as Utah.
The Louisiana purchase would basically be revoked.
I fully expect hispanics to kick black people out of both new york and florida once they have proper majorities . But this isnt so bad since the south would more or less belong to black people. So would major industrial zones like illinois and Michigan
