You’re thinking too big. Sperm will not survive, any complex molecule will be broken down or excreted by the body. What remains will literally be simple molecules and atoms and yes those will be incorporated in some way to the body. Just like any food or drug. OP tried to make it deeper than it really is

What’s really crazy to think about is everyone and everything on the planet is made of the same atoms that the Earth was originally formed with. And everyone and everything in the future will be born of those very same atoms. Closed system

OP right, all the steak I've ate, my body broke down that cow's flesh into protein to make it part of my flesh, the cow's fat got burned for energy or stored in my body for backup energy.
