norv is an Air Coryell guy, he usually wants a big bodied #1 WR... like the guy they just traded away

plus norv been slow to adjust... he had to leave Minnesota because it just wasnt working...and their offense vastly improved this year.

still a big upgrade over Shula tho

@Remote I will say though it's probably easier to be old and successful on the defensive side than the offensive side. Thus the reasoning guys like Josh McDaniels and Kyle Shanahan have been wanted so much over the past few years.
