I’m a huge fan of Norv who runs the Air Coryell offense which emphasizes vertical passing and a power rushing attack. Cam has the arm strength to run it but his accuracy comes and goes. They don’t have pieces to really run it effectively right now. They need a 3 Down Power back to run the ball and some speed guys on the outside. They still have Greg Olsen.

Exactly....

His offense requires 5 and 7 Step drops which puts pressure on your offensive line.

Cam has to be more consistent in his reads and let the ball go too

Chud ran an offense with deep 5 and 7 drops. Cam can play in that and make the reads. The key is if the panthers got WRs to stretch the field, get separation and if the panthers got an OL to block.

At this time the panthers have none of that.

Not a Panthers fan, but wish they got someone younger and more progressive. Someone who can take advantage of some of the guys they have. Cam as an overall weapon, but Funchess had moments, Olsen is good when healthy, CMC is a nice option to have and Samuel missed most of last season. You get another WR - Burnett from USC intrigues me - and they would be cooking with gas.
