This is actually a good point, but I'd argue that the fraud element is what makes it a governmental issue.

It's not fraud if you willing sign a paper to declare yourself legally responsible. At this time the information is easily verified. I believe they have test that can be done before the baby is even born. Being legally the father has nothing to do with DNA in the eyes if the law.

The only person who I know had issues similar was my dad's ex wife. After they divorced they still messed around. She got pregnant but readily admitted she wasn't sure who the dad was. It wasn't some huge dramatic lie or secret. She got the test. It was her boyfriend's baby. He was happy and she and the boyfriend are still together until this day. Even got married.



So no idk women in this situation. Most people I know don't have kids.

I think that one of brothers is raising a kid that isn’t his, none of us have the heart to tell him though.
