Laws need to be changed so men are no longer required by law to still financially support the child if DNA confirms he's not the biological father.

Thats not good for foster parents and people who adopt.

Legal guardianship protects the child first, it not in place to protect adults Because they are adults who can fend for themselves.

Their are lots children who are raise knowlying by people who aren't biological their parents.
