Thread Making Restrictions For Users In The Red.

I think this should get a 90 day trial run and see how it works.

Users lose the ability to make new threads for a month after being in the red. They can still post in threads though just can't make their own.
After that month their rep should restart to 0 and the feature returned.

This would help alleviate some of the threads that don't add any value to some of the sub forums along with spamming and etc.

I would extend it to any user regardless of rep because @Lil Gangsta and @Indica consistently make awful threads too.

I'm not a militant so i have opinions that differ from 70% of you all, but i don't even starts thread like that frfr, so this doesn't even apply to me.

But looking objectively at it I don't see how limiting starting threads it the answer..

You can't dictate what people want to talk about, and the popular threads are going to stay on the first page regardless..

I noticed a lot of people on here just like to bytch and complain for no reason. (IE the rep system, which is nothing but a big dikk sucking contest in my opinion. People get caught in their emotions because of a post they disagree with and its a NEg)

When all you really have to do with a thread your don't want to participate in it not click on it ... Its really that simple..
