I found it.... I had to access this “Viki” app on my firestick. So far the thing that’s throwing me off is how this app does the subtitles.

Like;
The font is inside this distracting black box that stretches across the screen taking up space

And it moves too fast or there was a scene where dialogue was happening and it didnt even post the translation

I will continue to watch but this finna be a challenge
