We need to talk about shows not having a conflict for 45 minutes though. And leaving the last 10 minutes as a driver for the audience to watch the second episode.

I call it the climax syndrome.

Are shows good every episode or do they do just enough to keep you and build to a proper ending?

Imo, most shows I watch do just enough the last 10-15min to suck you into the next episode...works every time, 95% of the time.

Yeah that's a pervasive problem in television. People remember the opening and ending.

I actually started this show thinking it was Tunnel



So far it has an interesting concept but might hit the back burner real quick. Episode 4 will determine it for me. Might be another mediocre showing like Beyond Evil
