I've recommended this at least twice & haven't heard of anyone watching ii. It a Chinese series called Day & Night that was on Netflix. I watched it a year or two ago & it was removed shortly after us in the US region. I highly recommend it for the story, action, & fukery.

Synopsis:

Guan Hongfeng, a nyctophobic former police captain, returns as a consultant in order to discover the culprits behind the framing of his identical twin brother, Guan Hongyu, for familicide.

Yeah I remember you pushing this. I'm gonna have to watch it the way since none of the services I have are streaming it.

Narco saints was alright like 6/10. I like that they featured Suriname. That's a country you typically never hear of. I think a lot of it was shot elsewhere though, Suriname doesn't look like that.

Finished ep. 3 and it has locked me in. The serial killer, Yuan caught the brother's slippin' and dropped that ether.

Hongfeng: Why'd you kill all those people?

Yuan: People? Which people?

Hongfeng: Chen, Xe Jing, and her brother. Don't tell me you didn't do it.


Yuan: They locked themselves in dark rooms and never came out. Only darkness and humidity could make them feel safe. Were they people?

Yuan: No. they weren't people. They were cockroaches. Dirty cockroaches.

I'm up to ep. 12 and yeah I'm liking it, if it keeps it up I might have to knock down Stranger a few points as a crime thriller. One thing I wished Stranger had more of was side cases for Si-mok and Yeo-jin to solve.

I have a question tho, in ep.7 did the rookie cop get raped or was it a close call?
