Only one child is "Black", according to Coli majority's standard of who's Black.
If you'll notice, one of the kids is from the UK, and another one is African. The Coli says, rather explicitly and in many threads, that neither of them are considered as being "Black".
...or do we non-Black Americans get to be considered as "Black" only when it's something you want to claim as "Black excellence"/yours?
