it can fail, does not mean they did shoddy work or did not know what they were doing. No one built a dam that size before especially one that's under constant flooding
Lmaooooooooo like I said, we’ll see how this plays out

It tells me nothing about Chinese construction as a whole. I think y'all are mixing up private projects where you see buildings falling over when construction firms rush to build thousands of buildings as fast as possible and important state runs projects.
Dams fail in the US, dams fail all over the world they are not simple things to build. This one is the biggest humans ever build and it's constantly handling floods. If it was here in the US the same scenario could have played out.
I doubt you'd need a whole nuclear warhead to take out a damn.
No it wouldn’t.
Cause it wouldn’t get built cause we move so slow from regulations.
China has this obessession with proving they have the biggest and best everything. Posturing and ego might cause the greatest man-made disaster ever.
I don't see the Hoover Dam having these issues. It never would've been built in the US. Not because it couldn't, they just wouldn't. For as much is wrong and slow-moving in the US, regulations do keep a relative sense of safety. China has this obessession with proving they have the biggest and best everything. Posturing and ego might cause the greatest man-made disaster ever.
They've repeatedly said that any country that targets the dam should expect nuclear retaliation.PRC is some god damn retards for that one![]()
They've repeatedly said that any country that targets the dam should expect nuclear retaliation.
If that dam goes, regardless of reason, the whole world is gonna feel it as the supply chain is gonna be wreck for a minute.
