I basically been using AT&T phones on a Straight Talk $45 a month plan. Works great for me and when it's time for an upgrade I just take out the SIM card and sell the phone.

Just switched over to Straight Talk from US Cellular. 2 hunnit for the phone. 45 a month. Unlimited everything. LG Optimus Showtime. Works great. Great internet. Service is great even in a rural area.

I just wanted a smartphone with a keyboard, can't stand the default touch keyboard.
