Stop it. Saying it's harder to be a black qb and black qbs making harder on you as a black qb are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.

You are intentionally being intellectually dishonest

Sorry homie I am not sure you are following me. I am saying these dudes whether it is Cam, VY, Leftwhich or Jason Campbell were trying to pander with their comments when addressing the racism black QBs are dealing with. They were purposely pandering with their comments as a way to deflect and get pats on the head from the white media. Yet in terms with there comments they still didn't get any passes from the media.

That is what I am saying when comparing their comments to a Moon, Mcnabb, McNair and Vick who didn't run from those questions or pander to the media.

Even Jamarcus Russell in his rebuttal hinted at this.

Edit: The shyt basically would be like you and I going on Fox News to discuss police brutality when it comes to black citizens. With me saying hey who cares about this police brutality what about black on black crime. Then you saying hey there is no police brutality in America when it comes to black people this doesn't exist.

We would both be pandering and copping please to white folks and racism. shyt is two sides of the same coin.

Got you.

I remember when Vince Young was asked about McNabbs comments regarding black qbs being treated differently and Vince says he doesn't get into the "black qb, white qb stuff." Of course his comments were made at the time of his short lived hey day.

I don't think McNabb gets enough respect for challenging white double standards during the height of his popularity unlike the other qbs who rather had not challenge it

Homie read my updated post. I updated it after you commented.

Yep I always respected Mcnabb because he knew it didn't matter what he said if he didn't perform he would be out the league.

Also he never lied when it came to addressing racism at the QB position. When the Rush Limbaugh shyt came out Mcnabb said he just said what a lot of folks believe. It was simple what mcnabb said but so much truth in it.

But this is a dude who even during the draft process in 1998 he had an interview with his dad on the defunct CNN sports network talking about how he has to succeed for other black QBs to get a chance.

So Mcnabb was always my dude and I respected him and his family.

The sad part in all of this is that some of these Kats constantly think pandering is gonna buy them some help and it won't. VY a few times avoided the black QB issue and even walked around during interviews saying I am a Quarterback as though saying that will stop bigots from not wanting him to play the position. But yet his whole career was a constant media barrage of them attacking him because they felt his black ass was not fit to play the position.

But hey if a dude (leftwhich) can get death threats and have extra security and the FBI following him around cause the fans are saying they will shoot him cause they don't want his black ass at QB. And yet he stills says black QBs don't have it harder or have to deal with racism I don't know what to say about some of these Kats.

Yeah dude is on the board of trustees. He was always smart with his money and investments. That is why even after losing his TV job he isn't shucking and jiving for money like a TO. IMO that is also one of the reasons TO still keeps Mcnabbs name in his mouth......misery loves company.

Cacs are really frustrated as their Great White Hope Andrew Luck isn't living up to expectations. They desperately want him to take the mantle from Brady and Peyton, not Cam or even Russ.
Blacks taking over the QB position would effectively make the NFL look more and more like the NBA (aka, the thug league)
Suddenly, you'll hear more about the "good ol' days" when people played the "right (*cough* white *cough*) way":mjpls:

Breh I think Cam knew what was up. He was just copping please to the white media. Folks can say what they want about Jamarcus Russell but that come back tweet that he had to Cams comment was great and well written.

But all in all I am sure Moon has schooled the brotha (he is his mentor) Cam on this racial shyt at the QB position. Also no surprise that the 3 or 4 brothas that are doing well in the league Cam, Wilson, Taylor and Winston have all been mentored by Moon, Vick and Doug Williams.

Brothas helping brothas.......cause we all know them others gonna help others.
Warren Moon on Cam Newton: I hate to say I told you so, but…
