i'll never understand how he was thinking to sample the way he was at the time. considering joints like this, and those beats he had on heavy mental especially. dude was next level.
salient point, i always felt like his beats were either super similar (he loved those amazing rhythm aces drums and few ov wright samples he was killin a lot too) or they'd be a little different and not really seem like what you'd expect from him. wish he had dropped some sort of project in his prime.
