Man, I am 30+, and it's funny watching people on this board compare certain players to Vick, when they haven't come close to being able to do what he was able to do, and they way he was able to do it...
He is spoken of somewhat negatively, but I do understand a lot of people on this board are probably under 25, and don't remember the nation never seeing a young dude tear up the league like he did - I mean he was literally the talk of the NFL for like 3 seasons, primte time, ESPN highlight reel, knocking off Green Bay, barely lost NFC championship, etc etc...
But, I happened to stumble across this video
And it hit me like
Got dammit Vick lost 2 years of his life locked up in the biggest story of that time period for DOGFIGHTING. Wow.
I guess that pales in comparision to whats going on now with the NFL, eh?
