Its truly a draw but personally I'll say Blankman because it has a bit more adult humor I guess you could say.

meteor man seems like it had a dope soundtrack. cant name a song related to blankman. did it even have a soundtrack?

plus ABC was all up in the movie. everybody & they mom was in meteor man. more of an event. better costume as well.
