I know it feels like scapegoating and the team has been playing well before this week and a half but Chavez/Barnes deserves to be on the hot seat.

Despite the loss I think they are close. Still pressing w/ runners on. Need Vientos back in lineup, it is too top heavy.

Eh, I think injuries have just finally caught up. Love Tyrone but he shouldn't be playing every day, no Siri, no Winker, no Vientos. Is hurting the lineup mix. Jared Young is not it. I would rather DH Marte everyday.
The kids have really fell on their faces too. Half the lineup is giving us next to nothing.

A deal for Sandy is a no brainer. I'm also checking to see if deGrom is interested in a reunion.
I like the various options in center. Improve center and hopefully the rest of the lineup wakes up. I'm still undecided about trading for the pen. If you improve the rotation, the pen should automatically get better since they don't have to cover for the starting. Manea and Senga need to come back quickly

- I don't know how I feel about Sandy. The Marlins are gonna want a HAUL in return.. and I'm just not sure I'm willing to risk it. Something's obvioulsy wrong with him.. whether physically, or mechanically (should be fixable)
- I like Buxton. A lot.. but I feel like Minny's gonna try to rape somebody in a package for him. And he's already 31. LOVE him as a player tho. Him and Taylor spelling him would be ideal as hell.

- I dont see Duran worth what Boston would want in return for him.
- Suarez is interesting. Haven't thought about him. Would add hella power to the lineup. We'd obviously move one of Baty/Vientos/Mauricio in a deal for him.. which wouldn't be all that bad. We need to clear the clog that's at 3rd for us right now. I wonder what they'd want in return tho?
- I'm 'meh' on Robert.. only because I dont think he'd come cheap.
- 'Meh' on Mullins too.
- Miller's aiight.. but we need another lefty in the pen.
- I don't think deGrom would come back, even if the opportunity presented itself.

Front office is supposedly on the phone now trying to make something happen, to get him. We'll see.
There's been mad talk for the past two weeks, about deGrom going back to Queens. If that actually happens, that makes the Mets' season a lot more promising. Sh*t's been a little shaky lately out there.

I would love Jake to return, but I heard Chris Young isn't trading him. Anyway, it's clear the team needs a few bats, we basically have 3 or 4 good hitters out of a 9 man lineup.
