Hef needs to be the scapegoat. Same problems as last year (walking guys) plus no length now. Pitching has been shytty since June all around.

I'm at a loss for words. Only now did I realize we are just 4 games over 500. People ragging on Tong but at the same time, this type of start is not all that surprising to me since his bad starts when he did struggle were like this. They may make it to the playoffs but really my mind is already on how do they change this and remix this roster.

With that said, the season is clearly over, and this offseason will be fascinating. I hope they keep Pete; get an ace(move Senga and Holmes to the pen), and acquire a good everyday 2B or CF.

Alonso's having a great year. He's definitely opting out, not sure what kind of offers he gets but he is hitting FA again.

Probably the same offers he thought he would get last year. Probably 4 at the max and probably he in the 25-30ish range.

His numbers have dropped bigly in the 2nd half and he hasn't gotten any younger.
