'103' could have been great, he certainly released enough material leading up to, enough to release a much more focused and cohesive effort. 'Scared Money', 'Talk To Me', 'Sittin Low', 'The Real Is Back', 'Stripes', plus a few more and the best tracks from '103;' would have been a worthy follow up to 'The Recession'. As it is, it's bland, with a lot of bad-medicore production, sounds rushed, and I'm guessing those songs were recorded late in the game, because they are generic, and clearly label influenced….'Higher Learning' is a clear example of a 'weed' song with some easy features…..Subdued and underhwelming 'bangers' like 'Waiting' 'All We Do', 'Everything', and 'Nothing' added a lazy, unmotivated feel to the album…imo
