Either he's irrelevant to the case* or broke, 21k in a attempted murder case?
The latest bonds I've heard of Jeezy and Ross are a million bucks and 2 million bucks respectively.

They don't set bonds based on someone's income :snoop:

Glad to see the man free though, hope he got that 100k ready for a layer though, gotta be a Johnny Cochran :wow:

They don't? I'm pretty sure they do.

Hedge Fund billionaires have got bonds like 100 million dollars for non-violent crimes that they were facing like 10 years.

And the animal from Charleston got a million bucks, why did Rick Ross get more?
It's based on several factors and income is one of them.

We've been thru this before in another thread.

Bond is set on your charges during arraignment AND your past history plus the severity of the crime.

Thats it thats all.

You pay 10% of your bail. At 21k thats $210,000 in charges.

A single charge may carry anywhere from $1k-25k depending on felony class.

More than likely his attorney got charges reduced or dropped pertaining to YT.

But why did Raj Rajeratnam get 100 million if he was facing 100 million and why does the Department of Justice say that income is a factor? (see my link, ctrl+f: income).

Unless you have a better link than the Department of Justice, I'll have to take their word for it :manny:

Because you referring to the Feds and YOU are mixing FEDERAL white collar, with state crimes.

:snoop:

And Im speaking from experience, you are quoting procedural context..

The law isnt as transparent as you would like to believe.
