How is it dumb? I read a paper from the department of justice that said income was a factor and asked why it was so low.
I'm not a lawyer and I do not know any criminals, the only legal cases I've followed are financial and the occasional rapper and the big financial dudes usually get insane bonds.

he was just named in the indictment as being connected to it, so far no charges for him or birdman.
