Concern about his size off the ball and whether he had shown enough at point on film. I think even Pitino was saying leading up to the draft he would be a point at the next level. Still you'd think these scouts would have done their homework, colossal swing and miss from squads like orlando and NY. He was Miami's pick until Utah traded up

This is obvious to anyone who's watched more than 5 minutes of a Thunder game this season but fukk a Playoff P and Flabmelo Hamthony, Steven Adams is far and away the 2nd most impactful and important player to OKC and they wouldn't even be in the playoffs without him. No coincidence they went ice age cold as a team and choked the game away basically immediately after he fouled out.
