fukk outta here. Donovan is a trash ass NBA coach. Might can coach teenagers but these grown ass man. He makes no adjustments at all. Miss me with that uncoachable bullshyt. It's his job to find a way to coach the player no matter how difficult. OKC needed a veteran coach not some cac straight outta college coaching gig. He scared, nikka set on the bench looking stupid instead of challenging his players to play better. Phil also said Kobe was uncoachable.

In Billys defense his whole tenure there he's had drastically different lineups and a different season goal every year.

year 1; Get KD and Russ a ring. He did a good job this year and actually outcoached the shyt outta Pop and Kerr. KD and Russ played like Dog shyt in game 6 and 7 and Klay Thompson has probably the best elimination game performance EVER....WHo saw that coming?

Year 2: Keep Russell and OKC fanbase happy after Durant leaves. Had to basically let Russell run the team to "prove" his status as an alpha.

Year 3. Try to win with a superteam of guys who all need the ball to score.

I dont think any coach succeeds with that much of a change in rosters and contradictory goals.
