Melo didn't age that bad he never was great defense nor a speedy guy he's a post up mismatch and he can still do that but they shots ain't falling.

Melo needs a good defense around him and a green light to shoot that's who he is. Not a team player but a scorer who needs the right fight. Problem is everyone has a shooter. Just needs defense which Melo lacks and rebounding.
