He's the coach. What is he there for? His lineups yave been part of the problem this first half .

There's only so much a coach can do to make a team play consistent defense throughout the course of an entire game, during the regular season, when you're on the quest to win three titles in four seasons - think about the bigger picture here. We know how great this team is on defense, quite clearly they're pacing themselves for the rest of the season. If this team never showed the ability and effort to play lockdown defense in the past (they've been arguably the best defensive team for every single season of Kerr's tenure), you'd have some resemblance of a point.
