Yeah, I saw the blue flashes earlier. There has been thunder during snowstorms before (thundersnow) . But a regular rain thunderstorm in January is odd.

It’s gonna be warm next week too. I don’t think it will get cold until February and even then we might not get any snow unless a storm approaches. We been having warmer winters for the past few years.

Recently we've had 50 plus degree temperatures consistently when we get all 4 seasons lol.
Rain and near 60 degree weather in Boston tomorrow
We do sometimes get that rare 60 day in January, but it's been extra mild this entire Winter.
