I don't think that's an issue any more. Big Boi said he sent Andre 4-5 songs and said "take your pick". Andre said he was too busy doing a tour for Gillette or some bullshyt.

Big boi cleared that up and said he was kidding about that. It is a contract issue. Basically jive is afraid of a ghostface raekwon issue, where all big boi or andre would have to do is have a solo album in name only and feature the other on damn near every song. That's just an opinion but there is a serious issue with jive.

think about it like this. jive gotta be pissed, that the only album they have got outta outkast is the wack idlewild joint.
you know they were all bout squashing 3 stacks potentially having more appearances on a big boi (defjam released) album as a group than they did on both idlewild and speakerboxx/love below combined. and in the end, who cares? we still got to hear the actual Outkast songs that were sposed to be on sir lucious anyways.
