Disco inferno was definitely a banger when it dropped

candy shop..eh

Amusement park...:mjlol:

I was just giving 10 hits, either that was hot on billboard, the club/time period or both

As one poster said above, a lot of these songs were hot because 50 was hot. When The Massacre came out, we all bounced to those songs in clubs and parties. The same thing on a smaller scale wtth Curtis. But time end up exposing some of these songs as garbage. Byt 50 still got heat tho.

But a battle between him and TI will be more close than some of his fans are thinking. He's not Snoop, Busta, or Missy.

Nostalgia will help due to how big some of those songs were though I agree there’s many songs(not just from him but the 2000s in general) that were only hot for the time, but later either sounded dated or bland

just a lil bit, Amusement park, candy shop, For example, ages like milk and hell some of those songs were :hhh: even when they first came out. It took a people a bit to get used to disco inferno but it was a hit. TI has his share of dated sounding songs but at his peak he put out banger after banger and the fact that Atlanta trap is still popular(though the production and sound is clearly different) will help

I agree... I keep sayin if 50 does a battle, I hope he leaves those songs off lol he needs to use shyt like Down on Me with Jeremih or Magic Stick instead

Tip has a banger on every album that aged well

Idk bout Massacre bein garbage bruh.. I fukk wit Baltimore Love Thing, Ryder Music, position of power, I’m suppose to die tonight, get in my car, ski mask way and just a lil bit tough..... and The Documentary was hard all around including 50’s contributions. That’s gotta be a reach to say nobody fukked wit it cuz of 50. He was on the first few singles’ hooks

I think Yayo was being sensitive. Tip is suppose to be on 1 of 50’s upcoming shows on Fox. Tip already told Rosenberg last month he wanted 50 in a Verzuz battle. I think Tip just started goin extra hard for it after 50 did that interview with Wayne and told him when he thinks of Trap Muzik he thinks of him, and you know how sensitive Tip gets bout that topic.

Tip undeniably has 50 beat in the bangers category

what 50 say???

I think that’s really got Tip firin off like this. I think 50 was drunk AF in that interview the way he was rambling on and on. I’ve never heard anyone associate Wayne with Trap music

I remember TI got sensitive about that topic some years ago when Gucci Mane said he invented trap

Yall sleeping on Curtis. I get 50 is not a fan favorite around here but I'd say him and Tip are pretty even.
T.I. is a better rapper, made better albums and singles or whatever u wanna compare....T.I. shyts on 50 in every category, 50 had 1 album that had In Da Club on it which is why it went diamond....that's all and you can thank Dr. Dre and Eminem for that

This is a actually a very good battle, same era, different regions, different but not very different sounds

I think TI might edge a lil win with the black congregation at least. But what 50 has in store is long as well, specially in the underrated feature discography
T.I. would Destroy 50
