After those songs, Luger had a run until pretty much every producer started incorporating that same kick drum and hi hat pattern into their production to the point where every other track sounded like a version of a Luger trap beat.
The run was already going before those songs. Rick Ross hopped on the wave.

Well, if you mean by he hopped on the "Hard In The Paint" wave and rode it. I get that because that is one of the first big Lex Luger records, but "BMF" took it to another level.
