never cared much for the beat. im struggling to recall those references. also, Scorsese, like Nas, is a bit of an overrated Hack in his later years.

Both albums were seen as dissappointments by heads when they came out, but the greater public still dug them and in retrospect I think they both classic. Definetly two albums that influence by younger years of music though
