I think it is a useful convo if only because it actually looks at power dynamics. One does need the help of women to be men. The issue of not having women work against men. Obviously men should not work against women but you can't be having situations like this:There is no point in arguing who is worse. That’s a fruitless convo.
Back to the question though? If you are a man and can’t be a man without the “aide” of a woman, what CAN you do? Especially when you’re the same men begging to be the leaders of the community? If women can so easily emasculate you, how can you expect them to look at you as any kind of leader? How can a women submit to a man that can’t even be a man (something that a woman could never do, so how can she aide you in it) without her “aide”?
In that case I see what you mean. The internet is real and affects culture. Twitter and social media is not all of the internet though which is where this discourse is coming from… nor should opinions of people who post on Twitter be taken as the end all be allThe quote is " Once you accept the internet....." What are you talking about playa. Are you saying most people dont have the internet?![]()
This is exceedingly true. It baffles me how little people know about history. More often if not always, those that bash black men know shyt all about black history or about black culture, here and abroad.when you understand your history.... you become VERY proud.
when you understand your history... you become a nationalist.
when you understand your history.... you dont say stupid shyt like women on twitter.
Not mulatto. And Black women who are not in my family love memulatto babble

we're the ones who are suppose to take the lead and set the tone
women influence shouldn't be so strong to stunt your manhood

You are a biracial - You have admitted this. You have white cousins, white grandparents, white nieces and nephews.
You sit at the thanksgiving dinner table with white people.
I dont subscribe to the one-drop rule, and I dont discuss black issues with mulattos.
Keep it moving, my boy.

Or more obviously, the backlash Arnold is receiving for asking a simple question. If the genders were flipped, it would not be so much a controversy but still the same people attacking black men again.
