Subscribers, customers etc want a smooth transition, what happens in the corporate section should not have a negative effect on the product.If this is happening only cause they're revamping the old executive team, why is the site launched without having a proper executive team?

First they need a strategy, then they need to actually buy it, then after the acquisition you start making moves such as moving moving operations to different locations, changing management, giving the implied inefficient workers the real etc.
