To be fair he's in Cali and the road he was on had a steep hill. Only takes one second of distraction like an animal on the road, texting, eating, careless driving or maybe he was drunk

That was my first thought from that clip too, definitely looks like a "fell asleep at the wheel" crash.

He might not even have been going too fast considering that he didn't really launch down the hill as far as he might have if he was going 60+.

He's not talking about the broken legs or disputing that. He's talking about people jumping to conclusions that Woods was high/drunk while driving. It is certainly possible that is the case, but we don't know yet.
