I think the average tiger outweighs the average lion by like 200 lbsDid you know more tigers are alive in Texas than there are in Asia?
Me and my girl took the kids to a Tiger and Lion sanctuary out in Wylie a few weeks ago, the kids loved it they didn't realize how big they really are up close, especially tigers. Tigers and lions have the same dimensions as far as height and length, but a tiger is WAAAY more muscular and stockier.
I believe it, not to mention Tigers are better fighters because they can use their back legs much better than Lions can. Tigers are just superior to lions.I think the average tiger outweighs the average lion by like 200 lbs
What's the Jaguar population in Texas? I know they used to be out there then they were kinda pushed out. I always thought it was dope that they were the only big 4 cats natural to the AmericasDid you know more tigers are alive in Texas than there are in Asia?

Doesn't sound true.Did you know more tigers are alive in Texas than there are in Asia?

No in captivity. The US in total has close to 5000 tigers in captivity.Wait, we got wild tigers in America?![]()
That is really sadNo in captivity. The US in total has close to 5000 tigers in captivity.
Honestly keeping them in captivity is going to ensure their species survival. Tigers aren't a species that ever will adapt to co exist alongside humans like that so their numbers have taken a huge hit the past century or so.That is really sad
I get sanctuaries and reservations,
It's likely their natural habitats are no longer
